About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Outreach Executive to drive and scale our link-building and outreach efforts in the SaaS industry. This role is best suited for candidates with a proven track record in building authority backlinks, establishing relationships with publishers, and managing high-impact outreach campaigns. You will play a key role in enhancing the online visibility, authority, and brand reputation of SaaS companies through strategic outreach initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks and brand mentions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with publishers, bloggers, influencers, and industry websites.
- Lead and mentor junior outreach executives, providing guidance on strategy, messaging, and execution.
- Collaborate with the content team to align link-building strategies with content marketing goals.
- Leverage outreach tools (e.g., BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Hunter, etc.) to streamline processes.
- Analyze and report on outreach performance metrics, ensuring alignment with SEO and business objectives.
- Stay ahead of SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and SaaS industry developments to refine strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1.5+ years of experience in SEO outreach, link building, or digital PR.
- Strong track record of securing backlinks from high-authority websites.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency is mandatory).
- Proficiency in outreach and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
- Team-player with leadership qualities to mentor junior members.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Prior experience in the SaaS industry or with global SaaS clients.
- Familiarity with content marketing and digital PR strategies.
- Experience in managing small teams or cross-functional projects.
