Roles and Responsibilities

•Deliver training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Analytical Skills soft skill is mandatory

•Prepare students for campus placements, competitive examinations, and aptitude assessments.

•Design and develop training materials, assignments, mock tests, and practice exercises.

•Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

•Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and mentor students to achieve their career goals.

•Track student progress and submit periodic reports.

•Collaborate with academic and placement teams to ensure training effectiveness.

•Stay updated with the latest aptitude test patterns and industry requirements.

Required Skills

•Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability and soft skill is mandatory

•Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•Ability to engage and motivate students.

•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

•Proficiency in MS Office and online training platforms.

•Prior training or teaching experience is preferred.

Role Overview

Looking for passionate Preschool Teachers who love working with young children, have a warm and caring personality, and be skilled at engaging children in age-appropriate learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

●     Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that for holistic development.

●     Foster a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment for children.

●     Guide children in play-based learning, storytelling, music, arts, and sensory activities.

●     Observe and document children’s progress, behavior, and development milestones.

●     Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child’s development.

●     Ensure safety, hygiene, and proper care of children at all times.

●     Collaborate with fellow teachers and caregivers to create a positive learning atmosphere.

Requirements

●     Educational Qualification: Graduate (ECCE preferred but not compulsory)

●     Experience: 1-6 years of teaching experience in preschool settings
