Position: Public Relations (PR) Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Public Relations Intern to support our branding and media outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for storytelling, and an interest in media relations and corporate communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing PR campaigns.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, articles, and corporate communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, influencers, and partners.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare daily/weekly PR reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for branding and communication activities.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and media opportunities.
- Support event planning, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage PR databases and maintain media contact lists.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or pursuing in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and content writing abilities.
- Good interpersonal and networking skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Creative thinking and storytelling.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of media relations and branding.
- Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is an added advantage.

Requirements
Excellent written and verbal English communication (Mandatory)
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Must have a laptop and reliable internet connection

- Managing backend operations on each website and offline store on behalf of the clients
- Managing reports and weekly trends in the industry
- Onboarding your client's products on as many stores and websites as possible
- Coordinating with various departments of the company
- Analyzing brand performance on various retail outlets
- Product Management:
- Assist in product catalog management, including adding new products, and updating product descriptions, images, and prices.
- Monitor product availability and stock levels, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure accurate inventory.
- Order Fulfillment:Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Content Management:
- Support the creation and optimization of product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content.
- Assist in maintaining consistent branding and product presentation across the online store.
