• Develop new features understanding current architecture of system
• Responsible to design , develop, test, integrate and support product life cycle.
• Developing existing systems by analyzing and identifying areas for improvements
• Creating Design/Architecture documents, technical specifications, and test cases in line with Quality systems
• Maintaining systems by identifying and correcting software defectsDeveloping / Influencing Requirements.
• Willing and flexible to work on C++ 
• Consulting internal / external stakeholders concerning maintenance and performance of software systems; implementing software solutions

Category Manager
Role Details :
We are looking for dynamic, open-minded self-starters who enjoy Business Leadership
roles and would like to build a Category in an extremely fast-growing healthcare e-
commerce company impacting millions of Indians.
Key Responsibilities :
- Category Growth : Driving marketplace growth of the relevant category keeping in mind
the consumer and competition.
- PnL : Owning P&L for the relevant category in alignment with business goals. The
Category manager would be responsible for the revenue targets as well as the gross
margins.
- Selection : Responsible for merchandising, assortment planning, option plans pre-
season as well as in season to ensure that the Category is well represented
- Cross-Functional Capabilities : Should be able to fruitfully coordinate with marketing,
supply chain, cataloging, finance / commercial and other functions of the organization.
- Supervision and Monitoring of Operations : Should have prior experience or enough
knowledge & confidence to mentor / supervise merchandising operations. Inbound
planning, Cataloging monitoring & Discount monitoring etc should be managed.
- Marketing promotions : Should drive visibility plans, promotion plans and coordinate the
same between the internal marketing teams and that of the sellers
- Inventory : Forecasting product demand to ensure sustainability of the inventory, in sync
with working capital management. Developing exit strategies for unsuccessful products
- Negotiations : Ensuring that company gets best in the market deals from external
stakeholders through current market trends and awareness

Responsibilities:

• Stay up to date with the Felicity therapy plans information, process, and other FAQs typically asked by customers.

• Connect with potential customers, gain an understanding of their needs, and convince them to enroll in a therapy plan.

• Assess the background of all the counselors and recommend the most suitable counselor to each customer if they need assistance choosing one.

• Gather customer information on call and update it on the CRM.

• Maintain meaningful relationships with existing customers to ensure that they are retained.

• Identify and nurture high-quality leads (people who are likely to buy).

• Ensure timely follow-ups with all potential customers to close the sale.

Requirements:

• Graduate from a recognized college or university and an experience of at least 1 year in the relevant field.

• The ability to speak regional Indian languages & having experience with CRM software will be an advantage.

• Exceptional verbal, oral & written communication skills.

• Willingness to learn, a positive outlook & result-orientedness.

• An in-depth understanding of sales principles, strategies, and tactics.

• Empathetic & patient to handle customers in a more efficient manner.

Primary Skills / Must Have : - Hands on experience with JavaScript Development on both Client and Server-side. - Very strong in Object Oriented Javascript, ES6, Typescript, HTML 5, CSS3, SASS/ LESS. - In depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS and Restify. knowledge of frameworks like loopback, Hapi, sails etc will be consider as advantage. - In depth knowledge of Angular 6 & 7, Bootstrap, Backbone.js, Semantic UI - Working knowledge on Responsive web design. - Experience with testing tools and frameworks like Jasmine, Protractor or similar - Hands-on experience in using modern build tool chains and package managers like webpack, npm, grunt etc. - Experience in working on Visual Studio Code, Docker. - Very good logical thinking and quick at learning and exploring new frameworks. - Understanding of API integrations, Single-Sign-on and token-based authentication. Job Profile: The UI / UX Developer provides clear, pragmatic and forward facing direction for GALT’s web based products. The UI / UX Developer must work closely with various teams on the creation and implementation of various UI / UX elements. To accomplish this, he/she must be able articulate and illustrate solutions to these challenges. The ability to prototype and implement proposals combined with industry practices and focus group research is also critical to the success of this role and a high level of HTML and CSS expertise is required. The UI / UX Developer reports to the Product Manager.
