About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Expert with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimising paid campaigns across Google and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of driving ROI through performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max etc) and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

Optimise campaigns to achieve KPIs such as leads, conversions, CTR and ROI.

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis.

Monitor daily campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements.

Manage budgets effectively to maximise campaign performance.

Create compelling ad copies, creatives and landing page recommendations.

Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences and bidding strategies.

Generate detailed performance reports and insights for stakeholders.

Stay updated with latest trends, tools and platform updates in paid media.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Google Ads and Paid Social Advertising.

Strong knowledge of campaign structures, bidding strategies and optimisation techniques.

Experience with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.

Understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, Tag Manager and attribution models.

Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Basic understanding of landing page optimisation and CRO.

Our 350,000 square feet, 11 story building is designed by the leading architects and technical consultants. Our Platinum Green qualified building takes advantage of the recent advances in energy efficiency and uses 500KW solar plant.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Facilities Engineer to oversee all aspects of building functions and guarantee the safety and functionality of all facilities. Duties include working with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and supervising facilities staff. The Facilities Engineer will ensure that our facilities are safe, functional, and efficient while also adhering to the government regulations. The ideal applicant will be well-versed in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and have previous building management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee the construction of new facilities, ensuring they are functional, efficient, and safe.

• Manage and supervise facility maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.

• Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability and implement solutions as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, as well as expenses.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment.

• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.

 Perform various unit/tests as per the checklist on deployment steps with help of test cases and maintain documents for the same. 

 Work with Lead to resolve all issues within the required timeframe and inform for any delays. 

 Collaborate with the development team to review new programs for implementation activities and manage communication (if required) with different functions to resolve issues and assist implementation leads to manage production deployments. 

 Document all issues during the deployment phase and document all findings from logs/during actual deployment and share the analysis. 

 Review and maintain all technical and business documents.  Conduct and monitor software implementation lifecycle and assist/make appropriate customization to all software for clients as per the deployment/implementation guide 

 Train new members on product deployment, issues and identify all issues in processes and provide solutions for the same. 

 Ensure project tasks as appropriately updated in JIRA / ticket tool for in-progress/done and raise the issues. 

 Should take self-initiative to learn/understand the technologies i.e. Vertica SQL, Internal Data integration tool (Athena), Pulse Framework, Tableau. 

 Flexible to work during non-business hours in some exceptional cases (for a few days) required to meet the client time zones.
