Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Customer Success team to understand client requirements and deliver exceptional onboarding, adoption, and engagement experiences.
- Conceptualize, create, and enhance learning content for the Master-O platform, ensuring alignment with client goals and quality standards.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline and elevate the content creation process.
- Manage client queries, feedback, and objections with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Track and report content engagement metrics, suggesting improvements based on data insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
- 0–1 year of experience in content development, customer success, or related fields (internships count).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong objection management and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity combined with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Grammarly, Canva, etc.).
