As we continue to grow, we are looking to strengthen our project execution team by onboarding a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor who can ensure our on-site work aligns with quality standards, timelines, and design intent — keeping our service simple, reliable, and effective.
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for visiting project sites, reviewing ongoing work, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that execution aligns with approved designs and timelines. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design and modular kitchen installation, and must possess a valid four-wheeler driving license.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Visit project sites regularly and monitor daily site activities
- Ensure that the work is progressing as per drawings, plans, and quality standards
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for smooth workflow
- Identify delays, issues, or deviations and report them promptly
- Verify measurements, material deliveries, and installation accuracy
- Supervise modular kitchen assembly and interior finishing work
- Maintain site safety and cleanliness standards
- Drive to different project locations as needed (four-wheeler driving is essential)
- Act as the main point of contact between office and on-site teams
🧠 Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interiors or modular kitchen projects
- Strong understanding of interior layouts, modular kitchen designs, and materials
- Basic knowledge of reading drawings and execution plans
- Ability to handle multiple sites and coordinate with various stakeholders
- Must have a valid four-wheeler driving license
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or technical background preferred
🚗 Additional Requirements:
- Four wheeler driving license preferred (or willingness to travel frequently)
- Flexibility to visit sites at different locations and extended hours if needed

The ideal candidate will collaborate with our existing team, contribute fresh design ideas, and help streamline the overall design process, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of residential interior projects
- Create mood boards, 2D/3D layout plans, and presentations for client approvals
- Provide practical and efficient modular kitchen designs based on space and client needs
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and in-house sales and execution teams
- Simplify design processes to enhance team efficiency and customer experience
- Ensure timely delivery of design documentation and support site teams when required
- Stay updated with market trends, materials, and finishes
- Support showroom display planning and material selections
🧠 Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in interior design, preferably with modular kitchen projects
- Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar software
- Strong communication, visualisation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and convert them into practical solutions
- A team player who can collaborate well and contribute to process improvement

HHYS Inframart is a multi-division building materials showroom dealing in Electrical & Fancy Items, Paints, Hardware, Interiors, Steel & Cement, Metals & Fabrication, Tiles, and Bath Fittings. We are currently hiring Sales Advisors specifically for our Bath and Tiles Division to strengthen customer experience and boost sales in this category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and understand their bath & tile requirements
- Suggest suitable options based on design preferences, budget, and functionality
- Explain features, durability, styles, and brands of tiles and sanitaryware
- Provide support in preparing quotations and assisting in final order confirmation
- Coordinate with warehouse/supply team for product availability and delivery timelines
- Maintain attractive product displays and samples in the bath & tile section
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders
- Keep updated with new arrivals, offers, and product specifications
- Build strong relationships with walk-in customers, interior designers, and contractors
🧠 Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in showroom sales, preferably in bath fittings or tile retail
- Strong product knowledge in sanitary ware, faucets, tiles, or interior finishes is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Basic billing/invoicing knowledge preferred
- Fluent in local language; Malayalam
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
