Job Overview

We are looking for a Copy Lead—not just a great writer, but a strategic thinker who can shape, elevate, and unify our voice across all customer touchpoints. From ad copy that converts to landing pages that stick, you’ll own the words that move people. This role is part storyteller, part brand guardian, and all about impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead copy strategy across all growth and brand initiatives—performance campaigns, product launches, landing pages, ads, and more.
• Develop high-converting copy for Google, Meta, WhatsApp, and email campaigns—driven by user insights and performance data.
• Craft sharp, memorable messaging—taglines, product value props, one-liners, CTAs—that define and differentiate the brand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Performance Marketing, and Sales to align on messaging that drives real results.
• Review and guide the work of other writers/agencies to ensure tone, clarity, and consistency across the board.
• Leverage tools like Mixpanel and AI writers to optimize copy performance at scale and drive continuous experimentation.
• Own the brand voice and ensure it’s consistently reflected in every customer-facing asset—from website to drip campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in high-impact copywriting roles, preferably in SaaS, AI, or digital-first brands.
• A killer portfolio that shows your strength in performance + brand copywriting.
• Strong grasp of consumer psychology and the ability to translate insights into persuasive messaging.
• Experience running and interpreting A/B tests and optimizing for CTRs, signups, or conversions.
• Hands-on exposure to tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools and prompt engineering.

What you’ll be doing at Novo:

● Systems thinking
● Creating best practices, templates, and automation for build, test, integration and
deployment pipelines on multiple projects
● Designing and developing tools for easily creating and managing dev/test infrastructure
and services in AWS cloud
● Providing expertise and guidance on CI/CD, Github, and other development tools via
containerization
● Monitoring and support systems in Dev, UAT and production environments
● Building mock services and production-like data sources for use in development and
testing
● Managing Github integrations, feature flag systems, code coverage tools, and other
development & monitoring tools tools
● Participating in support rotations to help troubleshoot to infrastructure issues

● Creating and working with containers, as well as using container orchestration tools
(Kubernetes / Docker)
● AWS: S3, EKS, EC2, RDS, Route53, VPC etc.
● Fair understanding of Linux
● Good knowledge of CI/CD : Jenkins / CircleCI / Github Actions
● Basic level of monitoring

Job Description:

- Must have knowledge in developing web applications in PHP/MySQL

- Knowledge of Codeigniter Framework/LARAVEL

- Strong knowledge of Core PHP, OOPS and any PHP framework(Codeigniter)

- Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, SQL)

• Creating cost effective, scalable, agile processes that can cater to increased production across multiple business units
• Collaborating closely with the Designers, the Business Analyst(s) and the Merchandiser(s) for the same
• Ensuring that both the raw material and finished goods meet the quality benchmarks of the company (quality benchmarks and documentation will also be your accountability)
• Bringing in more robust quality measures to the entire production process - from procurement to finishing
• Ensuring complete and timely handoffs amongst teams to ensure the manufacturing is as per plan
• Motivating and upskilling the teams and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration at all times
• Ensuring that the suppliers are able to fulfill the fabric and raw material requirements on time and that there are no delays on their front because of capacity issues
• Ensuring that the internal infrastructure/ production capacities and capabilities and external capacities (supplier networks and their infrastructure) are ready to handle the forecasted production requirements (which is planned 365 days in advance)
• Constantly partnering with suppliers, local authorities and internal teams such as Technology, Finance, HR, Legal etc
• Ensuring that the processes and their interface with technology stays updated with changing times
• Submitting pricing proposals and production cost estimates
• Ensuring cost optimization and ensuring strong fiscal controls are in place across the production process
• Partnering closely with the leadership team and Finance to ensure that the production planned and executed is as per the business targets
• Driving a strong execution culture within the team so as to ensure that delivery is as per the production planned / launch plan
• Working closely with the legal team to ensure that all requisite paperwork/documentation safeguarding the company with new/old - vendors/suppliers/ fabricators against delays, quality defects etc are in place beforehand and retrospectively

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/ Masters in Supply Chain/ Planning/Production/ Operations
• Prior experience as an Operations lead for a manufacturing concern preferably in an ecommerce set up
• Experience in handling transitions (location as well as team transitions ) and setting up teams from scratch
• 12+ years of relevant experience (preferable)    

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, architect and develop advanced software solutions in a cross functional Agile team supporting multiple projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with product owners and/or the business on requirements definition, development of functional specifications, and design
• Collaborate on or lead development of technical design and specifications as required
• Code, test and document new applications as well as changes to existing system functionality and ensure successful completion
• Take on leadership roles as needed

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of software development experience using GoLang/Java programming language
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP/Pivotal Cloud Foundry/any private cloud) and containerization is required
• AWS - experience in extensive use of AWS offerings like Redis, Kafka etc.
• Experience with a micro-services architecture is a plus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other Relational Databases
• Test-driven development mindset and a focus on quality, scalability, and performance
• Strong programming fundamentals and ability to produce high quality code
• Solid understanding of Agile (SCRUM) Development Process required
