Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic Passed out fresher Graduates with excellent communication skills in English to join our International Voice Process team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are passionate about working in a customer-centric role and have an interest in building a career in the international voice industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products/services.
