Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Upselling and Cross-Selling: Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives within existing India accounts, promoting Cubastion's offerings.

Trusted Advisor: Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: Over 6+ years of work experience in sales (IT Services) – B2B.
Education: Graduates from Tier 1 institutions preferred.
Communication & Influence: Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
