Senior Business Development executive

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1-2 years of experience in designing modern, user-friendly websites and responsive mobile experiences. You'll collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to create intuitive digital experiences that delight users and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive website interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Translate business requirements into clean, intuitive, and visually appealing user experiences.
• Design landing pages, eCommerce pages (PLP, PDP, Cart, Checkout), dashboards, and marketing pages.
• Maintain consistency with design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Conduct competitor research and UX audits to identify design improvements.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder and user feedback.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX or Website Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing responsive web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Prototyping).
• Good understanding of responsive design principles and grid systems.
• Knowledge of UX fundamentals, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience designing for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and developer handoff processes is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Experience designing eCommerce websites is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other CMS platforms is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is a bonus.

Desired candidate profile:

• Overall experience of 15 Yrs. to 20 Yrs.
• 5+ yrs. of experience on project management and project delivery.
• Should have proven experience on coding and managing teams using Java, J2ee, iOS, Android, AWS, Node JS, and Python.
• Adoption to the new technologies is desired.
• Understanding of firmware and protocols related to IOT, Bluetooth will be added advantage
• Required to be technical and hands on coding if needed.
• Candidates should be Process oriented and execute projects in Scrum/Agile methodologies.

• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software

REQUIREMENTS

1. Expertise in Angular 6/7 with 2+ Years’ experience is MUST.
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
3. Experience developing web, mobile or hybrid applications.
4. Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, JSON.
5. Knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript frameworks as js.
6. Familiarity with databases as MySQL, MongoDB and web servers with UI/UX design
7. Experience on web application & RESTful web service
8. Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests.
9. Job involves 80-90% hands-on coding.
10. Good to have the knowledge of Cloud deployment AWS and Docker
