A business development executive (BDE) is responsible for driving a company's growth by generating revenue, increasing sales. They do this by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities: Research market trends, analyze competitors, and identify new business opportunities
- Build relationships with clients: Identify client needs, establish long-term relationships, and ensure client satisfaction
- Develop sales campaigns: Set sales goals, evaluate sales team performance, and develop sales campaigns
- Conduct market research: Perform in-depth market research to identify business opportunities
- Develop business strategy: Monitor sales and KPIs to evaluate and optimize business strategy
- Use negotiation skills: Use negotiation skills to build relationships and close contracts with clients
- Promote company products: Promote the company's services to clients
- Collaborate with other departments: Collaborate with sales, marketing & development team.

- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints .
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs.
- Using software or by hand Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements and skills
- Proven graphic designing experience.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Business Development Executive Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
