Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Odoo Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Odoo ERP solutions based on business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to deliver scalable ERP solutions across various modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and requirements to implement Odoo ERP modules effectively.
• Customize Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, etc.) as per client requirements.
• Handle Odoo module configuration, deployment, and support.
• Provide Odoo training and functional support to end-users.
• Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure reliability and functionality.
• Prepare technical documentation and user manuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Consultant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Odoo ERP architecture and modules.
• Hands-on experience in customizing Odoo (v13/v14/v15/v16/v17 preferred).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and Qweb (a plus).
• Familiarity with API integrations and Odoo Studio is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo certification (optional but preferred)
• Experience in project management or client handling
• Background in functional domains like manufacturing, accounting, retail, or logistics

Objective of this Role :

· Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research.

· Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.

Responsibilities :

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical and functional expertise in developing, implementing, and customizing Odoo solutions. You will work closely with our team to deliver seamless and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

· Develop, customize, and implement Odoo modules to meet business requirements.

· Enhance and maintain the Odoo framework with Python.

· Provide high-level technical support and troubleshoot system issues.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.

· Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and ensure smooth functionality.

Required Skills :

· Strong experience in Python and the Odoo framework.

·        Work with Development team to design solutions to bridge the gap.

·        Preparation of requisite documentation for the same, including timelines and costing.

·        Creation of End user manuals and training videos.

·        Testing of the application to verify the functionality as desired by the customer.
