Job Title: Odoo Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical and functional expertise in developing, implementing, and customizing Odoo solutions. You will work closely with our team to deliver seamless and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

· Develop, customize, and implement Odoo modules to meet business requirements.

· Enhance and maintain the Odoo framework with Python.

· Provide high-level technical support and troubleshoot system issues.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.

· Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and ensure smooth functionality.

· Test, document, and deploy solutions with a focus on quality.

· Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

Required Skills :

· Strong experience in Python and the Odoo framework.

· Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) and relational databases.

· Experience with JavaScript and its frameworks.

· Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

· Knowledge of system design, documentation, and testing processes.

· Familiarity with version control and release management (e.g., Git).

· Ability to analyze requirements and align them with Odoo functionality.

·        Review existing code adapts it to the new algorithm.

·        Experience in the integration process of Open ERP with third party applications.

·        Should have designed, developed and released at least 5 product/applications of acceptable scale in an end to end manner.

·        Be Strong in development processes and methods (e.g. version control, code review, release management)

·        To execute the functions of requirement gathering, documentation and system design of Pragmatic Tech soft s Open ERP implementation projects undertaken for its clients.

·        The Business Analyst must also ensure correct delivery and training during the handover of the implementations.

·        Requirement Gathering and understanding the customer expectations from a feature and functionality perspective.

·        Analyze the differences between the Requirements and current functionality available.

·        Work with Development team to design solutions to bridge the gap.

·        Preparation of requisite documentation for the same, including timelines and costing.

·        Creation of End user manuals and training videos.

·        Testing of the application to verify the functionality as desired by the customer.

·        Onsite training and implementation of the system at client side.

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Trainee. The trainee will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including lead generation, market research, customer service, and communication with clients. The trainee will work closely with the business development team to identify new opportunities and support the growth of the company.

• Experience or knowledge of the technology industry is a plus
