We are looking for a Business Development Associate to join our team in a full-time desk-based role. This is not a field job. You will be working with a steady flow of hot leads and converting them through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Requirements:

A business development executive (BDE) is responsible for driving a company's growth by generating revenue, increasing sales. They do this by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. 

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities: Research market trends, analyze competitors, and identify new business opportunities 
• Build relationships with clients: Identify client needs, establish long-term relationships, and ensure client satisfaction 
• Develop sales campaigns: Set sales goals, evaluate sales team performance, and develop sales campaigns 
• Conduct market research: Perform in-depth market research to identify business opportunities 
• Develop business strategy: Monitor sales and KPIs to evaluate and optimize business strategy 
• Use negotiation skills: Use negotiation skills to build relationships and close contracts with clients 
• Promote company products: Promote the company's services to clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate or above
• 6-7 years experience in LAN/WAN Routing including 2 or more years of LAN/WAN Administration experience within a multi-platform technical environment.
• In-depth understanding of voice and/or data technologies and subject matter expert in at least one area.
• Cisco Certified or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience.
• Understanding on IPsec, VPNs, GRE, NAT/PAT over varied platforms
• Expert knowledge of all LAN switching technologies eg Spanning Tree, VLAN management, and VTP concepts on Cisco, Nexus, and Arista
• Good understanding of MPLS routing and OSPF routing
