Responsibility:

You will be part of the content team that constantly has to bring new ideas to the market. 

Primary - Campaigns, Special Days, Social Media Content, Website Content, Video Led ideas

Secondary - Brand Communication, Other offline communication and SEO 

• Write, edit and publish content for websites, blogs, videos, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns, podcasts, e-books, whitepapers, and more
• A good understanding of brands/markets in India, current advertising trends, consumer behavior and related sense of the markets to be able to offer solutions(in conjunction with the creative team) to clients.
• Through copy, be able to deliver tangible results to clients/brands and make a difference through exemplary strategy and creativity.
• Creative/Out-of-the-Box thinking.
• Discussing the client's core message and target audience.
• Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with the team.
• Excellent command over the English language. Expert in writing skills, editing and proofreading abilities. Ability to write concise, attention-grabbing and hard-hitting copy that clearly puts the message across.
• Think ideas and work towards implementing the same.
• Work closely with the Art & Tech team on the projects.
• Ability to deliver within short-frames and meet the deadlines.

Receiving, handling and converting Meetings, Events and Group enquiries.

Planning events in conjunction with the client.

Presenting and Selling available and suitable banquet / event options to the highest possible standard.

Contact Meeting Planner by mail, telephone, customer outings and site inspections.

Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events.

Negotiate space, dates and rates to obtain booking goal while focusing on shoulder and off season business.

Identify need periods and undertake comprehensive program of sales activity to secure new and adhoc business minimizing the impact of low activity periods.

Assist in development and solicitation of Banquet and event package plans and aimed at conference business and encourage repeat business.

Attend trade and travel shows of various market area for promoting hotels event business.

Actively manage business bookings, record denials, make network referrals.

Make commercial decisions to maximize MICE income on a daily basis.

Continue professional development through educational offering made via industry trade groups and educational institutions.

Encouraging repeat business through excellent customer service and inquiry handling.

Ensure online meeting partner websites are regularly updated and managed including photos, descriptions, and promotions.

Ensuring all inquiries are recorded accurately in the Event Enquiry application (Opera S&M, Delphi, Protel Banquet, MICE software etc.).

Bring in direct guests though online marketing and advertising.

Helping the hotel to identify new avenues of business and bring in more banquet events to the hotel.

Assist in the preparation and monitoring of sales, department and budgetary reports as and when required.

Other duties and tasks assigned by the management within the job scope.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have the ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.

NET Developer Responsibilities:

Qualification

1. Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science). 
2. Or else, you should be programming from 12. For us, the latter is better as it shows you have a programming mindset. We will find you faster if you specify the latter in some manner. :) 
3.  3-6 years of relevant work experience. 
4. Proficient understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React Js, Node.js 
5. React Hooks and Lifecycle methods: In-depth understanding is necessary
6. Redux: Should be able to create, update and manage
7. Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS. 
8. Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript,TypeScript, JavaScript frameworks , including jQuery, MySQL & NoSQL. 
9. Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
10. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / Bitbucket / SVN.
