We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to build and manage infrastructure for a FinTech product company operating with stateful microservices. The deployment environments include hybrid cloud and on-premise setups. The ideal candidate must have strong production experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage infrastructure for stateful microservices (databases, queues, caching layers).
• Work on Kubernetes environments—both managed (EKS/AKS/GKE) and self-managed clusters.
• Build, enhance, and maintain custom Helm Charts for complex deployments.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using ArgoCD, FluxCD, or similar GitOps tools.
• Architect and optimize multi-tenant deployment models.
• Implement and manage high availability, load balancing, certificate management (SSL/TLS).
• Design deployment architectures based on business requirements.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure including VPC, IAM, cloud networking, and security.
• Work with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (Terraform/CloudFormation/Pulumi), including writing reusable modules.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across production environments.
• Ensure security best practices in networking, access control, and secrets management.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of DevOps experience in product-based companies (not services/consulting).
• Strong hands-on experience with stateful microservices in production.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes (managed + self-managed).
• Strong ability to write custom Helm Charts.
• Experience with multi-tenant production environments.
• Expertise in AWS or Azure (cloud networking, IAM, VPC, security groups, etc.).
• Experience setting up GitOps-based CI/CD (ArgoCD/FluxCD).
• Strong understanding of HA, load balancing, DNS, SSL/TLS certificates.
• Ability to justify architectural decisions and propose deployment designs.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools and writing custom Terraform/Pulumi modules.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to hybrid cloud deployments

Job Summary and Duties:

This position will highlight new product development, as well as feature development and bug fixing of existing products serving the expanding big data, NAS, virtualization, replication, and file systems market. This position is required to be well rounded in operating system including all flavors of Linux, Windows, and MacOS. Building specialized core (user space and kernel space) software is the main function of this role.

Specific duties include but are not limited to:

• Development and maintenance of new Primary Storage products.

• Investigating and resolving issues in existing products related application workflows, cross-platform interactions, and new operating systems.

• Triage and disposition incoming issues from support cases, customer interactions, and new feature requests.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of combined education and experience including 5 years of C/C++ programming.

• Expertise with SMB/NFS networking protocol stacks (Samba).

• Filesystem VFS layer expertise (Samba VFS modules).

• Experience with Python and Linux shell programming.

• Experience with SAN and Ethernet networking technologies.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of kernel internals including any of the following: Linux and Mac OS X.

• Interfaces with special purpose file system APIs and web services required.

• Knowledge and experience with container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)

Mobile Test Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelors in engineering, computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a similar degree.

• Ability to develop software applications using programming or scripting languages such as Java and HTML.

Responsibilities

• As a Fraud Investigator, you'll lead multiple complex fraud investigations simultaneously in your area of responsibility and you'll write clear and concise reports for investigation findings and report outcomes to Avail finance's management. In addition, you are going to make this a success by conducting audit activities (prepare, execute, report) and customer screening in line with our Internal Audit procedures and Due Diligence Program.
• Identify risk trends in your area and translate them into learning and solutions, sharing best practices and facilitating the risk owner and business manager to make decisions.
• Actively anticipate trends and requirements and provide support for Avail finance's global anti-fraud procedures and standards for fraud identification and management of investigations to be the benchmark.
• Act as a representative Interact and engage with senior stakeholders in the Area.
• Participate in, provide input, and lead initiatives for the FICS Knowledge Practice.
• Able to translate Area and Global risk trends into proactive actions.
• Document findings and conclusions in line with the prescribed tools and methods.
• Responsible for the entire documentation and reporting of fraud/audit/customer screening in line with Signify Internal Audit procedures and systems
• Conduct customer screenings as part of the Due Diligence Program.
• Conduct compliance audit activities and contribute to fraud prevention within Avail Finance. - Work experience in NBFCs / Fraud Analytics in Banks / Fintech / Lending organizations in India would be a big plus
