 Infrastructure support for Windows and MAC-based systems

for 80 users in total, 50 users in Bangalore and (20-30) in


 User Account Management: Creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts, passwords, and

access permissions.

 Password Resets: Assisting users with password reset and login issues. New Device/peripheral

Setup and Configuration

 Printer Support. Network connectivity/ Wireless network configuration on

laptop/desktop. Responsible for managing the local network (LAN, WiFi/Internet, Firewall). OS
