- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire process from prospecting → demos → proposal → closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and pipeline health.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing (lead-gen), product (feedback), and customer success (onboarding/retention).
- Daily Calling Commitment: Dedicate at least 4 hours daily to prospect and client calls (cold calls, demos, and follow-ups).
