Job Overview:

We are a white label digital agency seeking a proactive and experienced QA Lead to oversee and enhance the quality assurance process for web development projects built on WordPress, Shopify, and BigCommerce. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading QA teams, conducting in-depth manual testing, implementing process improvements, and working with modern automation and AI-driven testing tools. Experience with platforms like Percy, Applitools, Playwright, and Katalon Studio is highly preferred. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage rapid turnaround tasks without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team across multiple CMS and e-commerce platforms including WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, and GoHighLevel CRM.
• Perform manual QA for website builds, custom functionalities, eCommerce flows, landing pages, and third-party integrations.
• Create and manage test plans, test cases, and QA reports for tasks including functional, UI/UX, and responsive testing.
• Oversee quality checks for content migrations, plugin/theme updates, form validations, checkout flows, and website audits.
• Implement and refine scalable QA processes and SOPs tailored to high-volume web delivery environments.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to align QA checkpoints with development goals.
• Identify test automation opportunities, and apply tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Katalon to improve regression cycles.
• Utilize AI-powered testing tools (e.g., Percy, Applitools) to enhance visual and functional testing coverage.
• Track issues using test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, TestRail).
• Mentor and supervise junior QA team members, conduct performance evaluations, and drive a quality-first mindset.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web-based QA with a primary focus on WordPress, Shopify, and/or BigCommerce websites.
• Proven experience testing WordPress sites built with ACF, Elementor/WPBakery, custom themes, and third-party plugins.
• Strong grasp of Shopify functionality, theme customization, and store backend processes.
• Hands-on experience with website QA audits, cross-browser/device compatibility checks, and responsive design validation.
• Experience in team leadership, task delegation, and QA delivery ownership.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM testing is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively on high-priority, quick turnaround projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Tools

• Experience with AI/visual testing tools like Percy, Applitools, or Testim.io.
• Knowledge of automation using Playwright, Katalon Studio, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Ability to write or maintain basic test automation scripts (JavaScript, Python, or Java).
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or Lighthouse is a bonus.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines for integrated QA processes.

Strong Backend Engineer Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 2+ years of hands-on Backend Engineering experience building production-grade systems in a B2B SaaS or product environment

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong backend development experience using at least one backend framework such as FastAPI / Django (Python), Spring (Java), or Express (Node.js)

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have a solid understanding of backend fundamentals, including API development, service-oriented architecture, data structures, algorithms, and clean coding practices

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have strong experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including efficient data modeling and query optimization

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have experience designing, building, and maintaining APIs and backend services, including integrations with external systems (CRMs, payment gateways, ERPs, data platforms, etc.)

Mandatory (Experience 6) – Must have experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) and be familiar with Git-based collaborative development workflows

Mandatory (Domain) – Experience with financial systems, billing platforms, fintech applications, or SaaS revenue-related workflows is highly preferred

• Write high-quality blog posts, articles, website copy, social media posts, and marketing materials.
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to produce accurate and original content.
• Optimize content for SEO, including keyword research and implementation.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content alignment with brand voice and goals.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain high standards of quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and content marketing best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
• Handle a high volume of incoming emails and prioritize them based on urgency and importance.
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients, resolving their issues and addressing their concerns effectively.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities by assisting junior team members, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Manage backend processes related to customer support, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Product Development, to address client needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency of the support team.
• Maintain a high level of activity and engagement, ensuring that all client inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Proficiency in backend processes related to customer support, including ticketing systems and CRM software.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

We are looking for a highly skilled full-stack developer, who will be responsible for designing and developing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside the product owner, architects, analysts and designers for web services and web design features, among other duties

• Strong grasp of data structures and algorithm design
