Desired Candidate Profile • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any subject • Very good in written English • Strong knowledge of English grammar • Prior content/editorial/Alt Text writing experience is must. • Prior knowledge of content development platform for US market • Strong academic background • Experience in e-learning or content development or publishing (K – 12) • Team management skills for achievement of targets /deliverables • Copy editors with some experience will be given preference Roles and Responsibilities • Responsible for production of quality content for school education. • Responsible for development of lesson plan and teacher’s manual. • Creating targets, work plan, tracking of targets. • Providing guidance for developing interactive content, storyboards and design instruction. Solve problems related to the particular subject. • Review subject content from Subject Matter Expert’s for K-12 projects - QA and review multi-media content e-learning. • Research and source content from different references. • Reviewing and editing content for clarity, flow and completeness. • Engaged in identification of instructional strategies to be included in the module to enhance students' learning experience along with testing and updating of the content. • Handling/Managing the entire production of content. • Coordinating with other stakeholders in the aspect of contents created. • Working on creating various assessments • Having prior experience of handling e learning projects would be an added advantage.
Creating interesting storyboards with suggestive creative images and/or audio/video to create a module that entices the audience and give the learning experience.
