Key Responsibilities:

• Play Individual contributor to development of a platform using Next.js, Supabase, Drizzle ORM, and Vercel for hosting.
• Design and implement microservices
• Integrate Vercel AI SDK for AI-driven features like pricing assistants and product classification.
• Leverage TanStack (React Query) for state management and ShadCN for reusable UI components.
• Drive CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines on Vercel, addressing technical debt in React Query, Drizzle, and database structure
• Collaborate with product analysts, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver configurable business flows and integrations with POS systems.
• Mentor developers, ensuring code quality, scalability
• Own project delivery, manage technical risks, and align with roadmap priorities like multi-step product classification
• Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, presenting solutions and progress updates with clarity.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, user stories, and sprint metrics.
• Identify opportunities to enhance Agile processes, team collaboration, and product outcomes through continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in Next.js, React, and TypeScript for building scalable web applications.
• Proficiency with Supabase for authentication and database management, and Drizzle ORM for data interactions.
• Strong experience with TanStack (React Query) for state management and ShadCN for UI frameworks.
• Hands-on knowledge of Vercel for hosting, deployments, and Vercel AI SDK for AI integrations.
• Proven ability to design microservices architectures with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Vercel CI, GitHub Actions).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI-driven features (e.g., pricing models, product classification) or Vercel AI SDK.
• Familiarity with POS system integrations or e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks in web applications.
• Certification in cloud architecture (e.g., Azure, AWS, Vercel) or Agile methodologies.

 Knowledge of design & estimation of MCC, PLC, cabling, instruments  Should have worked in process & proposal department for E&I estimation

 Have good experience of understand tender specifications and able to estimated E&I part based on the inputs given

 Good communication skills with vendors & clients

 Experience of Handling Large Projects is must (>20Cr.)

Key Accountabilities: List the key areas of responsibility

 Preparation of techno commercial offer for E&I part WTP & recycle plants.

 Understanding specifications and able to optimize the cost of E&I

 Preparation of basic engineering package E&I for WTP like PID

 Should aware the vendor data base for Electrical & Automation

 Attend the technical meetings with client/consultant

Job description

• Research trending topics in social media, influencer marketing, and lifestyle niches.
• Write engaging, SEO-friendly blog posts that resonate with our target audience, budding influencers, content creators,
• Use keyword research tools to optimize content for search engines.
• Assist in content planning and work closely with the marketing team to align blog content with social media efforts.
• Proofread and edited blog posts before publication.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage a portfolio of  customers once the implementation phase is completed
• Develop and build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders 
• Understand customers’ needs and priorities to optimize the use of the platform
• Identify new opportunities: up-sell, cross-sell, additional training

Travel Requirements:

·         Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.

·         Plan, handle and execute various digital channel ads and PPC campaigns for company websites

·         Handle team of executives to lead SEO, content, and design requirements of marketing campaigns

·         Handle both online and offline marketing: hands-on experience with digital media, including SEO , PPC, social media marketing, email, and affiliate channels.

·         Lead and manage whole lead generation initiative for B2B services campaign in international markets like USA, UK, Australia and Europe.

·         Use and manage different tools required to manage, control and report progress of marketing initiatives and campaigns

·         Conceptualize, design and execute various marketing campaigns from time to time to generate high quality qualifies leads for company

·         Accomplished at leveraging full value from marketing automation processes and tools.

·         4+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role.

·         Excellent understanding of B2B services marketing.

·         Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.

·         Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences.

• Extensive experience in creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and create affinity with brands.

We're looking for a Full Stack developer who will take a key role on our team. Our Full Stack developer must have knowledge in all stages of software development.
