The role includes working towards designing and deploying customer-specific solutions, guiding the team, and getting the projects executed in a timely manner with measurable outputs.

Successful tech managers should make sure that he/she is technically updated and help the team by giving appropriate solutions to customers.

Responsibilities: 

• Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure, servers, storage, networking, virtualization, HCI, and AWS (basic functionalities).
• Must have experience in Data Center Infrastructure management.
• Sound knowledge of backup, security, and compliance with different industry verticals while implementing infra projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills
• Solid working knowledge in all required computer infrastructure and data center environments.

What will I do?

- Designing user flows and converting them into logical entities in the code.

- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

What skills should I have?

- 3+ years of experience in Backend Development.
- Language: NodeJs
- Additional knowledge of Python will be a plus
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

- Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes

- Data migration, transformation, and scripting

- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the equipment specified is correct for the installation.
  · Produce system schematics including audio, video, control, power.
  · Produce rack layouts.
  · Design metalwork work such as input plates and wall boxes
  · Work closely with the project managers and clients to ensure that all requirements specified are
  accounted for.
  · Communicate any site requirements such as IT and FM dependencies.
  · Co-ordinate the production of M&E drawings with the CAD team
  · Communicate required system functionality to the control system programmer.
  · Liaise with 3rd party trades/subcontractors to ensure smooth integration.
  · Test system racks to ensure they meet the requirements identifying and rectify faults prior to shipping.
  · Commission equipment to the highest standard on site, including programming of audio DSP’s, setup
  of digital video systems and setup of video conferencing systems.
  · Provide technical support for the duration of the project.

Skills Required:

• Excellent technical knowledge of AV & VC equipment from all major brands.
  · An up-to-date understanding of the AV marketplace including products and trends.

• 15+ years of experience as a technical specialist in Customer-facing roles.

• Extensive experience architecting, designing and programming applications in an AWS Cloud environment

• Experience with designing and building applications using AWS services such as EC2, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, AWS OpsWorks

• Experience architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing, horizontal scalability and high availability

• Hands-on programming skills in any of the following: Python, Java, Node.js, Ruby, .NET or Scala

• Agile software development expert
