We are seeking a Content Writing and PR Intern to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a Content Writing and PR intern at Codemonk, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling content and engaging with our audience across various platforms.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write and edit a range of long-form content pieces, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and relevance to various target audiences.
• Engaging with clients to collect testimonials, success stories, and feedback, and transforming them into compelling case studies that illustrate the impact of our services.
• Implement SEO best practices to optimize our content and improve online visibility.
• Create content tailored to attract viewers on platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Research and identify various marketing platforms such as Clutch, AmbitionBox, and other relevant industry-specific platforms. Utilize these platforms to create compelling content that showcases our company's strengths, services, and client testimonials to attract potential clients and enhance our online presence.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
• Adapt writing style to match brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
• Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and digital advertising.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in IT marketing is preferred.
• Experience with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and an understanding of content trends and best practices.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Strong creativity and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Take ownership of copywriting function within the content marketing team and manage it to a very high standard
- (Write and edit) crisp and engaging ad copies and video scripts for search, social media, YouTube, and Product marketing activities
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of campaign objectives, offer creative ideas, and devise strategies to achieve them
- Understand target audience personas and their preferences to create engaging journeys that encourage interaction with the website, are forward-thinking, and are in line with current trends.
- Review copy, lead campaign, and copy ideation, continually improve quality of writing, and ensure all-around consistency (style, tone, fonts, and images) in the communication across channels.
- Analyze campaign performance in conjunction with members of other marketing teams to set benchmarks and continually streamline copywriting practices for enhanced quality and business outcomes.

- Convert the creative brief into a coherent, cohesive and compelling communication concept development and its translation to campaign idea/script/copy.
- Collaborate with talented team of creatives to gain deeper understanding on messaging front to storyboard campaign and develop multiple variations for creative testing.
- To Provide deputy support to the Creative Head
- To craft witty and impactful copy for individual deliverables, with a cogent call to action and ensure synergy with campaign goals
- To craft and supervise concise corporate and B2C communications and PR initiatives, including mailers and posts.
- Write effective and grammatically correct copy for target audience from conceptualization to

final execution.
- To guard the Literal Brand Tonality, as a second to the marketing team.
- Stay on top of current industry trends and happenings to use that as an opportunity to create campaigns. Think out of the box but still be relevant.

Requirements

- 6-9 years of professional copywriting experience in creative solutions for digital services with strong portfolio of Creative Concept Solutions and it's translation to script/copy.

- Proven expertise as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or a similar role
- Experience managing multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly and adhere to deadlines.

We are looking for a copywriter with an experience of 2 years who could take care of different marketing content throughout its journey until it gets published. It means you would not just write content but use Canva to design images, coordinate with the SEOs to optimize the content for search engines, and work with different team members to get the content uploaded.

We are looking for a writer who loves reading and for whom writing is second nature. If you read books, especially novels and newspapers, we would love to talk to you.

Our target audience comprises businesses. Therefore it is essential that you are able to write in a business language yet make it engaging.

PLEASE NOTE:

1.     This is an in-office role

2.     You must complete a series of in-office tasks if you are shortlisted.

3.     When we say 2 years of experience, we mean experience working for an organization as an employee. It won't include freelancing.

4.     You would be working with an enthusiastic and dynamic team of digital marketing specialists who have built the digital presence of Focus Softnet from the scratch.

5.     We expect you to be self-driven. You would get strong support from the team to help you in your work. However, we expect you to be committed and responsible regarding your own work.

Responsibilities:

·       Write about our products and software in an engaging way

·       Ensure the content is in line with our branding and messaging style

·       Create new content to assist marketing campaigns

·       Work closely with marketing team members

·       Optimize content using SEO best practices

·       Write blog articles based on SEO guidelines and keywords which you would be provided with

·       Write content for Case Studies and White Papers after carrying out thorough research on relevant topics

Qualifications:

·       Any graduate or post-graduate with proficiency in the English language

·       Must be a regular reader

·       Proficiency in major digital and print platforms
