Job Brief:
We are looking for a creative and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The designer will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to work on brand collaterals, marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and more.
Responsibilities:
● Design brand assets for digital and print media including social media creatives, presentations, infographics, UI/UX
● Create brand identities with logo systems, typography, and other brand requirements
● Actively work along with the team to train and develop skills, service offerings and softwares
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring a cohesive and consistent workflow
● Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends
Must have:
● Minimum 2 years proven work experience as a graphic designer, preferably within a marketing or creative agency
● Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Figma
● Commitment to constantly learn and develop skills
● Very good communication skills and fluency in English
● Initiative to solve problems and a diligent work ethic
● Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Good to have:
● Working knowledge of PremierPro, After Effects, Wordpress, or HTML/CSS

Job brief
Call To Action is looking for an SEO expert to manage, strategize and implement search engine optimization activities across major search networks to maximize ROI
Responsibilities
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and other content development initiatives and campaigns
- Optimize copy and landing pages, and websites for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Research and analyze competitor links
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Work with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
Requirements
- Proven SEO experience at an agency or brand level for 2-3 years
- In-depth understanding of marketing, conversion, online customer acquisition and website analytics tools
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
- Bonus if you have SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook and Bing to run SEM campaigns to aid SEO
