8. Develop and implement internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement and alignment with corporate values and goals. This includes creating and distributing internal communications materials, organizing town hall meetings, employee forums, and facilitating open dialogue.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. 4+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles.
3. Strong knowledge of corporate communications principles, strategies, and best practices.
4. Proficiency in communication tools, digital platforms, and analytics for content creation, distribution, and measurement.
