Helping team to source good start ups that are looking to raise funds. Preliminary basic understanding and evaluation of the business start ups. Co-coordinating and scheduling communication slots with founders of startups Following up for information sought from start ups. Maintaining records of the startups being evaluated selected and rejected. Work in sync with the analyst’s team and provide them with back office support. Any other tasks that may come up and needed to be done by the team from time to time.
Responsibilities: Build client related databases by identifying relevant sources and methods of extracting data Maintain databases by constantly updating them based on new findings and progress on client update Assign clients to the Business Team in tandem with strategy set for acquiring clients and tracking progress Report to Operations Team on progress and key pain points along with recommendations for improving the internal BD process Manage data for new and prospective clients, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached Required experience and knowledge Highly proficient with MS Excel and MS Word Susceptible to change and ability to grasp new platforms Knowledge of Airtable & Podio would be an added bonus High proficiency in speaking and writing in English. Hindi and Marathi would be an added bonus Analytical and meticulous mindset towards the objective would be an added bonus
