We are looking for a creative Story Writer who can create stories people feel compelled to continue. This is not a pure script formatting role. We already use AI heavily for speed and execution. What we need most is a strong creative mind with sharp instinct for storytelling, emotional progression, character build up, audience pull, narrative rhythm, and what makes a viewer care.
You should be someone who can take a rough idea and turn it into a compelling story engine. Someone who naturally thinks in terms of tension, reversals, chemistry, obsession, secrets, payoffs, emotional spikes, and binge flow.
This role is for people who are excited by new **storytelling formats, can adapt to new audiences quickly, and can use AI as a multiplier rather than as a crutch. **

- Create original microdrama story concepts with strong audience appeal
- Build lead characters viewers get emotionally invested in, root for, obsess over, hate, or can’t ignore
- Design high retention story arcs with clear emotional movement across episodes
- Shape narration flow, emotional flow, reveals, reversals, cliffhangers, and payoff moments
- Develop stories that feel highly bingeable in a short form vertical format
- Explore multiple creative directions for the same premise and identify the strongest one
- Adapt stories across genres, tones, and audience segments based on brief, platform need, or viewer response
- Work with AI tools to accelerate ideation, expansion, variation, and iteration
- Push past generic ideas and predictable beats to find fresher, sharper story turns
- Collaborate closely with directors, editors, and creative leads to refine stories from concept to final narrative
