Position Overview:
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (3–5 years) who can go beyond code to understand and solve real business problems. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable writing efficient, scalable software and articulating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Job Description:
1. Application Development:
∙ Design and develop scalable and maintainable web applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and MS SQL.
∙ Implement user interfaces with React and modern JavaScript to create intuitive user experiences.
∙ Apply a solution-oriented approach to translate business requirements into clean, reliable code.
2. Database Management:
∙ Write, review, and optimize SQL queries for data-heavy operations with a focus on performance and accuracy.
∙ Contribute to database design, ensuring consistency, security, and scalability.
3. Collaboration & Teamwork:
∙ Work closely with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers to shape technical solutions that address real-world logistics challenges.

4. Code Quality & Debugging:
∙ Follow best practices for clean code, version control, and documentation.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
