About the Role:

We are hiring a skilled Web Developer with strong expertise in WordPress and Shopify. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining high-quality websites and e-commerce platforms.

Key Skills Required:

• Advanced experience with WordPress, Woo Commerce, and Shopify
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP
• Knowledge of Shopify Liquid, custom themes & plugins
• Experience in website performance, SEO, and responsive design
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage websites on WordPress and Shopify
• Customize themes, plugins, and integrations
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and performance optimization

1. Managing Availability, Performance, Capacity of infrastructure and applications.
2. Building and implementing observability for applications health/performance/capacity.

The organization is building a team of dynamic and influential thought leaders, representing diverse backgrounds and specific focus areas.  The Principal MDM Architect role requires experience with design, architecture, and implementation of MDM Platform.   Responsibilities include collaboratively developing and publishing reference architectures, analyzing systems and technologies and influencing the implementation MDM Strategy.  A person in this role will serve as an advisor and resident expert in building and applying MDM platform landscape as well as collaborate with Global Master Data Organization

• Establish and maintain a trusted advisor relationship within IT Team, Commercial Digital Solutions, Functions and Businesses you interact with
• Establish and maintain close working relationships with teams responsible for delivering solutions to the company businesses and functions
• Perform key management and thought leadership in the areas of advanced data techniques, including data modelling, data access, data integration, data visualization, big data solutions, text mining, data discovery, statistical methods, and database design
• Work with business partners to define ways to leverage data to develop platforms and solutions to drive business growth
• Engage collaboratively with project teams to support project objectives through the application of sound data architectural principles; support the project with knowledge of existing data assets and provide guidance on reusable data structures
• Share knowledge of external and internal data capabilities and trends, provide leadership, and facilitate the evaluation of vendors and products
• Utilize advanced data analysis, including statistical analysis and data mining techniques
• Collaborate with others to set an enterprise data vision with solid recommendations, and work to gain business and IT consensus

• 15+ years of experience partnering with business managers to develop technical strategies and architectures to support their objectives
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with - Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Business Intelligence and/or Data Warehousing
• Demonstrable experience architecting MDM solutions from scratch or enhancing existing MDM solution for large-scale organizations
• Lead and manage master data management, data governance and/or data quality projects through all phases of the project lifecycle from planning, blueprint planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live
• Recommend data governance processes, approaches, organizational models, and MDM technology platforms 
• Advice on leading practices for the implementation of data governance, data quality and master data management projects
• Architect MDM solutions and provide business, governance, and technical recommendations
• Influence technology direction at the divisional or enterprise level based on broad expertise across multiple software platforms and technologies
• Transfer knowledge and leading practices to the technical team(s)
• Excellent knowledge of ETL and ELT patterns and when to use either one; experience selecting among different tools that could be leveraged to accomplish this (Talend, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, SAP Data Services)
• Design of real-time/batch integrations and review of code built by teams
• Experienced on Informatica MDM 10.x (10.3, 10.2, 10.0), 9.X along with Provisioning, IDD, HM, and Active VOS

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with solutions delivery teams using Agile/Scrum ore similar methodologies
• 10+ years of experience designing solutions leveraging Informatica MDM suite
• Experience with enterprise systems, like CRM, ERP, Field Services Management, Supply Chain solutions, HR systems
• Ability to work independently, establishing strategic objectives, project plans, and milestones
• Exceptional written, verbal & presentation skills
