We are a startup and are looking for a star handyman, one who is willing to help out wherever possible. **You are responsible for: ** * Onboarding partners and vendors from across the globe. You will either be in-charge or Asia or Europe & Americas. * Supporting them once they are onboard * Working on tie-ups and collaborations * Along with the founders, you will also be helping in market research and data collection * At the end of the day we are an early stage startup, so each one of us contributes in all departments and each one's contribution is responsible for shaping the product **Requirements for crushing it:** * Have tact. Ability to convince users and at the same time, ability to tell them no without making them mad * Have humility and patience * Be unflappable. No flaps whatsoever. Comfortable working in a startup and taking up varied tasks. * Above all, be truthful and sincere **Required qualifications**: * From biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, chemistry & associated fields and looking to build a career in biopharma industry (preferred, however, anyone else who is willing to put in the effort and wants to learn more about pharma can also apply) * Familiar with API and Formulations (preferred) * Impeccable Communication Skills * Fresher or less than 2 years experience
