1) Assist senior sales engineers in technical presentations and proposals.

2) Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.

3) Support in pre-sales activities, product demos, and client meetings.

4) Generate leads and help in achieving sales targets identify, develop, and manage new business

opportunities in assigned territories or accounts.

6) Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.

7) Coordinate with internal departments (Design, Production) to ensure smooth order execution.

8) Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve targets.

9) Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

10)Conduct market analysis and competitor activity tracking to identify trends and opportunities.

11) Maintain CRM records and regular reporting of sales activities and forecasts.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years managing cross disciplinary products at scale as a product manager
• Strong passion for Privacy. Although no previous experience in this domain is required and mentorship will be provided, you must be willing to become a deep expert in this field.
• Computer Engineering or Software Engineering background with the ability to parse various layers of a software stack (to understand its implications on Privacy)
• A history of building and cultivating lasting cross-functional partnerships with both internal and external groups across Engineering, Product, Security, and Legal
• You are a strategic problem solver and valued collaborator; you are just as comfortable strategizing and leading as you are diving into the details of product work when circumstances require it.
• An entrepreneurial mentality and are flexible, self-motivated, dedicated, and hard-working. You actively recognise needs, resolve problems, anticipate issues, and develop solutions.

After your selection, we are having 7 days of unpaid OJT and this is for everyone who joins in sales. In which 1 day will be product training and product briefing session will be conducted. In OJT period you are required to achieve 2 sale unit of any ticket size in order to get on boarded as a permanent employee of the company. If your shortlisted, you can expect your Intent offer letter by EOD and you can attend the product training tomorrow.

About Us:

We’re looking to hire someone to help scale Machine Learning and NLP efforts at Episource. You’ll work with the team that develops the models powering Episource’s product focused on NLP driven medical coding. Some of the problems include improving our ICD code recommendations , clinical named entity recognition and information extraction from clinical notes.

This is a role for highly technical engineers who combine outstanding oral and written communication skills, and the ability to code up prototypes and productionalize using a large range of tools, frameworks, and languages. Most importantly they need to have the ability to autonomously plan and organize their work assignments based on high-level team goals.

What you will do at Episource:

You will be responsible for setting an agenda to develop and build machine learning platforms that positively impact the business, working with partners across the company including operations and engineering. You will be working closely with the machine learning team to design and implement back end components and services. You will be evaluating new technologies, enhancing the applications, and providing continuous improvements to produce high quality software.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in analytics, BI or data science deployments is preferable with 2-6 years of experience

• Knowledge of React/Vue, HTML, CSS

• Experience building and consuming APIs 

• Experience with MySQL, MongoDB and MEAN stack 

• Knowledge and experience with serverless architectures is a plus

• Hands-on experience with AWS or any major cloud service provider for deploying solutions

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes in deploying solutions on the cloud

• Hands-on experience Python, Apache Spark & Big Data platforms to manipulate large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.
