Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our Cold Chain Solutions business. The ideal candidate will be result-oriented, comfortable with field sales, and capable of managing client relationships while handling challenging situations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities-

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for cold chain solutions

Identify and generate new business opportunities while managing key client accounts

Conduct regular field visits to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations using MS Excel and other reporting tools

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery

Handle critical customer situations and objections in a professional and solution-driven manner

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Required Qualifications & Experience-

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in cold chain, refrigeration, logistics, or related industries

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic sales reporting

Ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations effectively

Willingness to travel for regular field visits

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidate should be based in Goregaon, Mumbai, or willing to commute

We are looking for a qualified Backend Developer to design and code functional programs and applications. You will work as part of a team and individually with little supervision.

A great Application Developer has excellent knowledge of Javascript. 

They must be familiar with a variety of operating systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will also have an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail.

The goal is to write “clean” and flawless code to produce fully functional software applications according to requirements.

Skills Required

• 2+ years of web application development experience using Javascript
• Experience in Node.js, and Express.js/loopback.js
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs
• Data modelling experience in both relational and NoSQL databases(MongoDB preferred).
• Experience deploying and maintaining a micro-service architecture
• Experience with Microsoft Azure

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Salesforce Automation Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce testing, with hands-on experience in automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or TestNG. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining automated test scripts, executing test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications. A solid understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) and APIs is essential. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control systems like Git is preferred. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define test strategies and improve the overall QA process. • Strong Snowflake Cloud database experience Database developer.
• Knowledge of Spark and Databricks is desirable.
• Strong technical background in data modelling, database design and optimization for data warehouses, specifically on column oriented MPP architecture
