About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive with 2–4
years of experience and proven expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator. In this role, you'll
focus on identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and generating highquality
leads to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
● Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, identify, and connect with
potential B2B and C2C clients.
● Initiate outreach campaigns using InMails, messages, and strategic networking.
● Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales or leadership team.
● Understand client needs and position relevant services/solutions effectively.
● Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
● Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts.
● Track interactions and progress using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho,
Salesforce).
● Provide regular reports on lead quality, response rates, and campaign
performance.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
● 2–4 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside
sales.
● Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
● Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
● Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.

Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing on-field sales leader to drive revenue across West and South India.
This is a hands-on role:
- Initially an individual contributor (own selling)
- Within 6–12 months, build and manage a team of 2–4 on-field sales reps
The role requires strong experience in complex IT / CPaaS / Conversational AI solution selling, enterprise stakeholder engagement, and consistent revenue achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional revenue across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and surrounding territories.
- Own direct sales initially and close enterprise deals independently.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify and close opportunities in Hospitals, Clinics, Fintech, and D2C sectors.
- Lead solution-led sales engagements including architecture discussions, integrations, and PoCs.
- Manage both hunting (new acquisition) and farming (account growth).
- Hire and manage a team of 2–4 on-field sales professionals.
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting.
- Drive negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.

Should understand business requirements, fit-gap analysis, and preparation of functional design documents,

Experience in implementing financials cloud, configuring workflows, issue resolution and customization across all finance modules,
