Focus: Projects include concept development, detailed documentation, FF&E selection, and client collaboration to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, mood boards, and space plans that meet client goals.
• Produce drawings, review shop drawings, and ensure specification alignment.
• Prepare estimates, quotes, and track project budgets.
• Source materials, furniture, and décor; coordinate with vendors and manufacturers.
• Manage FF&E selection and any required customization.
• Create 3D models and renderings (SketchUp proficiency preferred).
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to meet schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and common rendering tools.
• Strong knowledge of furniture, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

• Leadership and project management experience required for the senior role.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Full stack/Backend engineer profile
• Mandatory (Experience): Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a full stack developer (backend-heavy)
• Mandatory (Backend Skills): Must have 1.5+ strong experience in Python, building REST APIs, and microservices-based architectures
• Mandatory (Frontend Skills): Must have hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue) and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
