Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Content Writer / Copywriter. The Content Writer / Copywriter will be responsible for crafting and editing web content, developing content strategies, conducting research, writing and proofreading. The role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality content output aligned with the institute's objectives.

Job Overview:

The Head of Content Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for driving the content vision across

our group of educational institutions and business entities. This role oversees all aspects of content

planning, creation, distribution, and performance. The focus is on building strong brand narratives

and maintaining a unified voice across websites, social media platforms, and marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate will work with multidisciplinary teams, including a team of content writers, a

media team, and an SEO team, to deliver impactful, high-quality content that resonates with diverse

audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 to 10+ years of marketing experience.
• Proven expertise in developing and scaling content strategies across digital platforms.
• Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Exceptional storytelling, editorial, and brand messaging skills.
• A good understanding of SEO, content performance analytics, and marketing principles.
• Familiarity with content management systems, project management tools, and digital publishing workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals and audience needs.
• Oversee content production across formats (written, visual, and video) ensuring consistency in tone, branding, and messaging.
• Direct and mentor a team of content writers, graphic designers, video creators, and SEO specialists, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Own the content lifecycle across all platforms, including websites, social media channels, blogs, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure content supports brand equity, business objectives, and engagement goals.
• Establish clear content governance, calendars, and workflows for planning, creation, approval, and publication.
• Lead the optimization of content for SEO, user engagement, and platform-specific formats.
• Oversee the strategic management of all content assets, including regular audits and updates across digital properties.
• Use content analytics and performance data to guide decisions, improve effectiveness, and report outcomes.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually evolve the content marketing approach.
• Ensure all content initiatives are on-brand, on-budget, and delivered on time.

Job Role :

o Experience in Front-end web development using JavaScript jQuery,Angular, HTML5, CSS

o Responsible for handling end to end design & execution of all product web interfaces

o Develop new user-facing features & build reusable code and libraries for future use Work closely on UI/UX designs and back end engineers to implement versatile front-end solutions to web development problems

o Design, development, integration, delivery of different UI side modules of the product

o Develop and enhance modular, multilingual, cross-browser front-end applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON, etc.

o Experience in making responsive layouts

o Experience developing in Agile development processes

o Work closely with product management, customer support and SQA to continuously evolve and innovate the product.

o Involvement in the full development life cycle of projects. Working as a part of a team as well as on your own initiative

Fullstack Developer:

We are looking for an onsite Fullstack Developer experienced with Fullstack technologies, Cloud and IoT solutions. For the agile development of our web, mobile, and cloud applications and IoT products, building efficient, reliable and scalable solutions. A hands-on coding role, where you will build and manage your own team.

Tasks:

·        Development of modern based applications in the back-end

·        Development, implementation and optimisation of innovative IoT products, web apps and new features

·        Technical product design, solution architecture, specifications and implementation of Livello solutions

·        Work with a cross-functional team to define, build, test, and deploy universal applications

·        Version control with Git is part of your daily work and continuous integration

·        Ensure the implementation of technical standards, quality assurance and best practices.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or comparable field of study

·       2-4 years’ experience in agile software development

·       Proficiency in Node.js, React js, Mongo DB, Docker along with any cloud Exp (AWS, GCP, Azure)

·       Experience with test and deployment automation (Gitlab, Fastlane, Jest).

·       Good to have Experience with GraphQL and Kubernetes as well as state management solutions (Redux, Saga)

·       Ability to work cooperatively and independently, analytical thinking, willingness to lead and take on responsibility

·       Fluent in English.
