Exposure to mental health training and created content or training on Mental Health for Adult

Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable

RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS
Extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of JavaScript and Node.js
Professional experience in full stack development using the NAP stack - Node.js, Angular, Postgres
In depth understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
Proficiency in browser rendering behavior and performance.
Proficiency in Javascript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
Good understanding of or working experience with IONIC framework is a major plus

What would you be building:
You would be working on global consumer-facing products at a fast-growing startup that
would give you great exposure to all different aspects of full-stack development. You
will work on:

Your Roles and Responsibilities
As a front-end developer, you will be a part of a close-knit team of 10x engineers who
will get complete accountability of designing the front of all the products of the company.
Some of the responsibilities include:
1) Break down tech problems and determine a workable solution.
2) Integrate front-end design and/or code into the back-end system.
3) Develop incrementally and iteratively to elicit feedback over a short period of
time.
4) Write a clean, readable code that doesn’t necessarily need to be commented on.
5) Collaborate with the business and design teams
6) Continue learning and growing in emerging web technologies and methodologies

Requirements
1) Work experience as a front end developer with a reputed organization
2) Good Understanding of ReactJs or Next Js
3) Intermediate understanding of relational databases, specifically SQL-based
systems, and language.
4) Basic to intermediate understanding of front-end languages and technologies,
such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, etc.
5) Solid understanding of object-oriented development and design patterns.
6) Good understanding of testing concepts and practices, including unit, integration,
and use case testing.
7) A BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or
comparable experience in web application development required.

Conduct qualitative research, such as surveys, to evaluate the impact of product
changes and gather insights at scale
Conduct quantitative research studies and create reports including field
observations as well as in-person and remote interviews, for the consumer-side
Create research material like interview scripts, facilitator notes, screeners and more
Synthesize and present research findings, with strong recommendations, to inform
business decisions across all levels of the organization - via presentations, reports
and workshops, etc.
Advocate for the user and build empathy across the organization, with peers and
leaders across design, product management, marketing and engineering (including
partner teams)
Ideal Candidate
3-8 years of experience in user or design research
Excellent communication skills
Bachelor degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, Computer
Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Comfortable with business tools like Excel and Keynote, to help you create and
share research findings, as well as design infographics
