• Overall 5 to 7 years of experience. Node.js experience is must.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field 0 to 1 years of experience in developing responsive, elegant, efficient and cross-browser front-end applications using Javascript, HTML5, CSS3 Hands on experience on various MVC frameworks, UI libraries such as ReactJS, D3.js Hands on experience on Map API’s like Google Maps, Openstreetmap and other powerful information-rich maps Familiar with UX processes and design Proven ability to drive large scale projects with deep understanding of Agile SDLC, high collaboration and leadership Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision making skills

What will you do?

• Develop a good understanding of the SaaS industry and perform in-depth analysis to evaluate the current market trends.

• Provide analytical interpretation of the data to conceptualize and build perspectives based on industry trends and their impact

• Perform valid and reliable market research on competitors’ products & services and turn into actionable insights for product and marketing managers.
• Help our sales & marketing team to generate effective strategies based on secondary market research.
• Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations
• Understand target market characteristics and map its needs with the offerings
• Research, curate and build database(accounts & contacts) using lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Lusha  etc to fuel sales pipeline

As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, and internal databases as well as sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and research. Responsibilities:
1. Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies. Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and research.

2. Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.

3. Act as a search expert for a functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.

4. Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process.

5. BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience

6. 3-5 years of recruitment experience in an agency

7. Be a market intel expert for the respective skill sets you hire for and drive insightful discussions around talent availability, forecasting, competitor landscape with recruiters and clients

Primary skill : Dotne, MVC, Web API ,Jquery, SQL 

Good to have(Not mandatory )  : Dotnet core , UI skills, MVC, ASP.NET 

• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
• Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure the functionality
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
• Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
