About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into visuals
that inspire and engage. From designing for our own screens to working on client creatives,
your designs will play a key role in shaping how AdBeets and clients' brands are projected.
What You’ll Do for AdBeets:
- Design and manage creative content for AdBeets 4K digital screens across various locations.
- Create social media posts, LinkedIn creatives, internal posters, and marketing visuals for the company.
- Work on tech acknowledgements and other internal design requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align visuals with ongoing campaigns.
- Stay updated on design trends and social media aesthetics to keep AdBeets content engaging and modern.
What You’ll Do for Our Brands:
- Design flyers, creatives, and digital assets as per brand requirements.
- Work on digital screen creatives and ad visuals for clients.
- Adapt brand creatives into multiple formats and dimensions for both digital and print media.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Graphic / Creative Designer, preferably in marketing, digital media, or advertising.
- The candidate should have pursued their bachelor's/ diploma from an designing school.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent
- tools (Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW).
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and apply consistent design patterns for clarity and
- readability.
- Strong sense of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and think creatively.
- Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics(After Effects/ Premiere Pro) is a plus
- A portfolio showcasing flyers, social media creatives or digital designs is mandatory.
- Although the tools used for UI/UX and graphic design may overlap, candidates should have hands-on experience specifically as graphic designers.
- We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked with companies such as CRED, Zepto, Blinkit, or similar organizations, as their design language and creative approach closely align with our expectations.

MySQL - DBA L3 Support
- 7 -10 years of experience in MySQL, handled multiple versions & flavors of MySQL servers both for standalone & enterprise version, Data center and VM/Cloud setup.
- Strong database Configuration and troubleshooting / problem solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of database backup and recovery concepts and practices.
