Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer with hands-on expertise in developing and optimizing tvOS applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in React Native, a deep understanding of mobile app architecture, and prior experience with tvOS and focus navigation on Apple TV.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations across both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for a native-like experience.
• Engage with the open-source community to encourage and contribute to key software fixes and improvements.
• Write and maintain clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Create and execute automated tests to ensure product quality.
• Transition existing React web applications to React Native.
• Implement pixel-perfect UI designs and smooth animations for enhanced user experience.
• Integrate third-party APIs and SDKs.
• Ensure consistent UX across Android, iOS, and tvOS platforms.
• Release and manage applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Write performant applications optimized for low-end devices.
• Utilize debugging and development tools such as React DevTools and Charles Proxy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing React Native applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or ClojureScript (ES6+ syntax).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Expertise in managing third-party dependencies and resolving dependency conflicts.
• Experience with native build tools such as Xcode and Gradle.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, document request models, and offline storage mechanisms.
• Familiarity with automated testing suites and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong skills in architecting and building React Native applications with clean architecture.
• Experience maintaining UX consistency across multiple platforms.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with react-native-tvos and focus-navigation for Apple TV / tvOS.
• Knowledge of AVPlayer (iOS) and ExoPlayer (Android).

Strong Product / UI/UX Designer Profile

Mandatory (Total Experience): Must have 6+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Leadership & Mentorship): Must have 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring design teams, including providing feedback, guiding workflows, and elevating junior designers’ capabilities

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Design Systems & Hands-On Skills): Must have strong hands-on experience with scalable design systems for web and mobile platforms and be highly proficient in Figma

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Client & Stakeholder Management): Must have direct client or stakeholder-facing experience, able to communicate design concepts persuasively and collaborate throughout the project lifecycle

Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have a strong, well-curated portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including user research, interaction design, visual design, and measurable impact on product outcomes

Mandatory (Communication Skills): Must have excellent communication and storytelling abilities to present complex design ideas clearly to clients, stakeholders, and teams

Mandatory(Education)- Must have Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design or equival

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals

• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Manage and grow social media presence across platforms

• Leverage AI tools / LLMs (ChatGPT, content automation tools) for content creation and

campaign optimization

🔎 Note on AMFI/NISM Certification:

In India, mutual fund distribution professionals must pass the NISM Series V-A Mutual Fund Distributor Exam to obtain an AMFI Registration Number (ARN) — this legally authorizes them to distribute mutual fund products. BFSI Courses+1

• You have experience with two or more development languages preferably Java or Python and React, etc 
• You can skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code and you are comfortable with Object-Oriented programming

• Bonus points if you have working knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and Docker

Work on improving the flows and overall architecture of the core product at OneCard and OneScore app. 

What you will do:

• Execute all product design flows and visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conceptualize original mobile design ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex roadblocks.
• Create seamless navigation flows and architecture to improve discoverability, engagement and conversions. 
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Leverage user testing to make product improvements.
• Participate in contributing ideas, updates, and product development areas to the team.

Experience Range: 

Proven 5-6 years of work experience as a Product Designer. Must have worked on digital products. Familiar with user research practices. Having worked in the app product space is a huge plus. 

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrable Product design skills with a strong portfolio is a must.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Illustrator and Figma is a must.
• Design eye-catching mobile app experiences for our app experiences.
• Up-to-date with the latest Mobile app trends, techniques, and technologies.
• BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or Visual Arts is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills & OO principles
• Solid understanding of the data structure & algorithms.
• Very good experience with PHP programming language
• Hands on experience working on Laravel. Experience with any other framework would be nice to have
• Troubleshooting skills to reproduce & resolve issues in production systems
• Experience working with git & also following following git workflow
• Experience with deployment on server would be nice to have
• Working experience with AWS services like s3, lama, cognito, would be added advantage
