Responsibilities:

● Create creative strategy/new content for clients. Work closely with design, content team to build and audit marketing toolkits

● Collaborating with team members – writers, content creators/designers and account managers– to consistently deliver high performance work

● A content strategist needs to develop explicit and engaging content consistently

● Should also analyse content marketing data to trends and anticipate brand needs

● Should also perform various content audits to understand how existing content is performing

● Content strategist must also keep an eye on what is happening in and around the industry to develop the most mind-boggling and unique ideas for brands.

∙ Tele consult incoming Buyers, assisting them throughout their property search. ∙

Attend inbound requests and queries on selected units, scheduling/confirming site visits with trained team members for site visits. ∙

Understand the buyer's requirements, update all details in the portal, suggest best options, collect feedback, educate the buyer on facts and real estate appreciations, and guide the buyer to a decision.

∙ Moderate negotiations or forward interested buyer profiles to a team of experts for negotiations and settlement.

Responsibilities:

• Content Writing: Draft insightful and compelling newsletters.
• Content Review: Ensure newsletters are grammatically correct, coherent, and adhere to our brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work with SEO and other content creators to produce articles that drive traffic.

Qualifications:

• Writing & Editing: Proven capability in writing and meticulously editing content.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring content is free from errors.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• AI-first approach: should be familiar with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity.ai for writing, research, data analysis, summaries, grammar checking etc.
• This is very important - if you can somehow showcase how you used AI in your test task (below), that will put you way ahead of other applicants.

About What You’ll Be Doing

DirectShifts is growing rapidly and we are looking for a full-stack engineer to join our technical team, working out of India. We need incredibly tenacious engineers who are not only great engineers but who can bring unique value to our rapidly growing team.

We are big fans of focusing mainly on two things: 1) talking to users and 2) build products. 

You will be responsible for implementing ideas and mocks for our app (web and mobile) which is used daily by healthcare professionals, internal users, and healthcare employers - you will own the frontend development as well as the building blocks and the APIs that power the web app (and the mobile apps). You need to be comfortable dabbling with some basic infrastructure management on AWS.

About You

Ideal Qualifications

• Recent Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React.js
• 4+ years of work experience, primarily as a full-stack developer
• A strong foundation of Ruby on Rails
• Strong React, HTML, Javascript & CSS skills
• High ownership at all stages of product development - from conception to maintenance
• Adaptability - learn new technologies as and when needed
• Good communication skills to get your point across
• Bachelor in Computer Science
• Ability to work remotely

Bonus Skills

• Redux experience
• Experience with REST APIs
• Experience with cloud services (preferably AWS)
