Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer who can provide advanced technical support while leading and mentoring a team of support engineers. The ideal candidate will combine strong troubleshooting expertise with leadership capabilities to ensure high-quality customer service, efficient issue resolution, and continuous team performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional technical support through voice and chat, troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to software and hardware.
• Utilize API knowledge to address technical inquiries and challenges.
• Effectively communicate with customers, offering solutions in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation for internal use and customer reference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and continuous service improvement.
• Utilize support tools, including Salesforce, Jira, and Zoom, to manage customer interactions and service requests.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in offshore voice and chat technical support.
• Strong understanding of:
• Software and hardware troubleshooting
• API concepts and integrations
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Zoom.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working night shifts.

Requirements

• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, Javascript (React.js), XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• 8 - 10 years of overall experience including 3+ years in mentoring & leading a high-performance team
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Have a strong understanding and appreciation for design first thinking and quality of user experience
• Be well-versed in sprint estimation, planning, tracking, change management and delivery, with prior experience of Agile-based development environments
• Strong command on vanilla/core JavaScript
• Knowledge of UI optimisations and performance.
• Deeper understanding of Chrome Dev Tools. Should understand the nuances of the timeline for perf monitoring.
• Deeper understanding of network layer, HTTP, HTTPS, cookies, local storage.
• Good communication skills, good visual design sense, in-depth experience in developing web-based applications.
• Strong technical aptitude and a good knowledge of CSS fundamentals

Good to Have - MuleSoft or ETL Tools knowledge.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

# Handle the design, architecture, development, code review, and testing of key applications.

# Design client-side and server-side architecture, and write effective APIs

# Build the front-end of applications through appealing and mobile responsive visual design

# Work closely with the product management and design team to define feature requirements and deliver the product that mater ially impacts the business and improves the customer experience

# Identify performance bottlenecks and come up with novel ways to solve them.

We are looking for an experienced UI designer to design functional and appealing web and mobile app designs, focus on user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with developers, UX designers, and copywriters.
You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating User Interface Design, components, wireframes, prototypes, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas in all design contexts.
• Continually keeping yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in industry’s standards.
• Following material design and design system principles.
• Focussing on design contexts, consistency, usability, brand personality, and conversational design.
