Job Title: Project Coordinator - Fresher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support on-site civil engineers and assist the site manager with day-to-day project operations. This role is ideal for a fresher looking to gain hands-on experience in civil project execution, coordination, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the project/site manager in planning and execution of project activities.
• Coordinate with different departments and vendors for timely delivery of materials/resources.
• Monitor site progress and update status reports to the management.
• Maintain and update project documentation including daily progress reports, records, and material logs.
• Support quality checks and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Handle day-to-day queries and follow up on tasks assigned.
• Attend team meetings and prepare meeting notes.
• Assist in scheduling and organizing project-related events or reviews.
• Support the Site Manager in planning and monitoring project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Help in preparing drawings, quantity take-offs, and site layout plans using tools like AutoCAD & other.
• Assist in ensuring safety standards and compliance with company policies on-site.
• Coordinate material receipts and inventory with procurement and store teams.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or other civil drafting tools (basic knowledge required).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Media Monitoring Executive to track and analyze media coverage across

print, online, broadcast, and social platforms. The role involves preparing reports, monitoring

brand mentions, political developments, and providing insights to support PR and

communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily media coverage (print, digital, TV, social media).

• Track client updates and developments.

• Prepare concise monitoring and analysis reports.

• Maintain databases and archives of coverage.

• Share insights on trends, competitors, and sentiment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or related field.

• 1-4 year of experience.

• Interest/awareness in politics, especially National & Maharashtra politics.

• Good communication, research, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of media monitoring tools is a plus.

• Proficiency in Marathi is Preferred.

• Mentoring and Guiding Students:
• Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to students interested in mobile application development.

• Collaborate with students on real-world projects, offering technical expertise and guidance throughout the development process.
• Collaboration and Communication:

• Own, innovate and support the students with their technology projects 
• Conceptualize the apps, guiding them on coding and stepping them when needed

• Mobile App Development - Android and iOS
• Hybrid mobile applications (both IOS & Android) using ionic, Flutter and react native (preferred).
• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases

Key Skills-

Education and Experience: 

• B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc (CS), Engineering, or a related field from a good institute

• Preferred 1 year development experience
