Job Overview :

We are seeking a Technology Strategy and Reporting Specialist to lead the development of strategic dashboards, quarterly board reports, and executive-level communications.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical insights and business strategy, delivering high-impact reports that drive executive decision-making and organizational performance.

Mandatory Skills :

Power BI or Tableau, Advanced Excel, Executive Reporting, Data Analysis, Strategic Dashboarding, IT KPIs, Storytelling, and Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities :

• Quarterly Board Reporting : Deliver structured, governance-aligned technology reports with KPIs, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations for executive leadership and the board.
• Dashboard Development : Build and manage executive dashboards using tools like Power BI/Tableau to showcase real-time performance and strategic metrics.
• Executive Storytelling : Create polished narratives and presentations that translate technical data into compelling business insights.
• Data Analysis & Insights : Analyze performance data, market trends, and technology strategies to identify actionable insights and business opportunities.
• Reporting Framework : Standardize reporting templates, processes, and governance models to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Technology Performance Monitoring : Track initiative outcomes, ROI, and budget adherence with scorecards and strategic alignment reports.

Desired Experience :

• 3+ Years in business intelligence, strategic reporting, or executive communication.
• Hands-on experience with dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
• Strong understanding of IT performance metrics and KPIs.
• Proven record of creating board-level/C-suite presentations.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Certifications such as PMP, Power BI, Tableau, or Six Sigma are a plus.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree in computer science

Min 1-3 years of experience in Python and backend technology

Development experience with programming languages like C/C++, Erlang, Elixir.

Experience in Python / Go Lang is a must

Experience in creating and dealing with REST API and socket technology

Working Knowledge of RabbitMQ and Kafka

Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases along with Redis and elastic search.

Working knowledge of network communication, TCP, UDP, HTTP, etc

Roles and Responsibilities:        

Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging

Write clean code to develop functional web applications

Troubleshoot and debug applications

Perform UI tests to optimize performance

Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications

Collaborate with Front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic

Gather and address technical and design requirements

Provide training and support to internal teams

Build reusable code and libraries for future use

Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features

Develop a Fault-tolerant application design.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-

to-end.

• Strong experience in development tools, CI/CD pipelines. Extensive experience with Agile.

• Good proficiency overlap with technologies like: Java8, Spring, SpringMVC, RESTful web services, Hibernate, Oracle PL/SQL, SpringSecurity, Ansible, Docker, JMeter, Angular.

• Strong fundamentals and clarity of REST web services. Person should have exposure to

developing REST services which handles large sets

• Fintech or lending domain experience is a plus but not necessary.

• Deep understanding of cloud technologies on at least one of the cloud platforms AWS, Azure or Google Cloud

• Wide knowledge of technology solutions and ability to learn and work with emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions.

• Strong communicator with ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build relationships, and achieve broader organizational goals.

• Provide vision leadership for the technology roadmap of our products. Understand product capabilities and strategize technology for its alignment with business objectives and maximizing ROI.

• Define technical software architectures and lead development of frameworks.

• Engage end to end in product development, starting from business requirements to realization of product and to its deployment in production.

• Research, design, and implement the complex features being added to existing products and/or create new applications / components from scratch.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor s or higher engineering degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.

• 5 years of experience in delivering solutions from concept to production that are based on Java and open-source technologies as an enterprise architect in global organizations.

• 12-15 years of industry experience in design, development, deployments, operations and managing non-functional perspectives of technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Rewrite existing APIs in NodeJS. 
• Remodel the APIs into Micro services-based architecture. 
• Implement a caching layer wherever possible. 
• Optimize the API for high performance and scalability. 
• Write unit tests for API Testing.
• Automate the code testing and deployment process.

Skills Required:

• At least 3 years of experience developing Backends using NodeJS — should be well versed with its asynchronous nature & event loop, and know its quirks and workarounds. 
• Excellent hands-on experience using MySQL or any other SQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database. 
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases. 
• Experience with graph-based databases like GraphQL and Neo4j. 
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs. 
• Good knowledge of Unit Testing and available Test Frameworks. 
• Good understanding of advanced JS libraries and frameworks. 
• Experience with Web sockets, Service Workers, and Web Push Notifications. 
• Familiar with NodeJS profiling tools. 
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. 
• Good knowledge of creating and maintaining DevOps infrastructure on cloud platforms. 
• Should be a fast learner and a go-getter — without any fear of trying out new things Preferences.

• Strong expertise in Backend Python Development with skills to create APIs, integrate the functions into UI, and store and retrieve data from a variety of databases.

• Responsible for making specialized plans and procedures for different offices and the IT groups, creating answers for the location of any far-reaching issues, and making their procedures progressively effective.

• Work with various internal offices, including promotions, project improvements, and tasks to ensure that Salesforce status supports internal requirements by identifying usefulness and fulfillment.
