Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement Pega applications based on business requirements and design specifications.
2. Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members to gather and understand requirements.
3. Design and configure Pega workflows, user interfaces, decision rules, and integrations.
4. Develop and maintain Pega application rules and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
5. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment of Pega applications.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks in Pega applications.
7. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and project team members.
8. Document design, implementation, and deployment details of Pega applications.
9. Stay updated with Pega platform upgrades, new features, and industry trends.
10. Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in developing Pega applications.
3. Proficiency in Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) platform, including application development, configuration, and customization.
4. Strong understanding of Pega application architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization techniques.
5. Experience with Pega case management, decisioning, and business process automation.
6. Hands-on experience with Pega technologies such as Pega Express, Pega Robotics, and Pega CRM is a plus.
7. Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, agile practices, and version control systems.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
10. Pega certification(s) such as Certified Pega Developer (CPD) is highly desirable.
