This role involves outbound calling to generate interest, provide information, and drive enrollments for our online education programs.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Initiate outbound calls to potential learners with the goal of promoting our online courses.
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand their educational needs and interests.
Course Information Dissemination:
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our online courses.
Provide accurate and detailed information about course content, duration, and enrollment procedures.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads through proactive outreach efforts.
Maintain a database of prospective learners and their preferences.
Follow-up Calls:
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and address any queries or concerns they may have.
Encourage prospective learners to take the next steps in the enrollment process.
Achieve Targets:
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets set by the sales team.
Keep accurate records of calls and outcomes for performance tracking.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential learners.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English,Kannada and any additional languages would be a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with EdTech and online learning platforms is advantageous.
