Job Overview
We are looking for a Copy Lead—not just a great writer, but a strategic thinker who can shape, elevate, and unify our voice across all customer touchpoints. From ad copy that converts to landing pages that stick, you’ll own the words that move people. This role is part storyteller, part brand guardian, and all about impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead copy strategy across all growth and brand initiatives—performance campaigns, product launches, landing pages, ads, and more.
- Develop high-converting copy for Google, Meta, WhatsApp, and email campaigns—driven by user insights and performance data.
- Craft sharp, memorable messaging—taglines, product value props, one-liners, CTAs—that define and differentiate the brand.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Performance Marketing, and Sales to align on messaging that drives real results.
- Review and guide the work of other writers/agencies to ensure tone, clarity, and consistency across the board.
- Leverage tools like Mixpanel and AI writers to optimize copy performance at scale and drive continuous experimentation.
- Own the brand voice and ensure it’s consistently reflected in every customer-facing asset—from website to drip campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in high-impact copywriting roles, preferably in SaaS, AI, or digital-first brands.
- A killer portfolio that shows your strength in performance + brand copywriting.
- Strong grasp of consumer psychology and the ability to translate insights into persuasive messaging.
- Experience running and interpreting A/B tests and optimizing for CTRs, signups, or conversions.
- Hands-on exposure to tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools and prompt engineering.
