Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to counsel students and parents about our courses and programs.
- Understand student requirements, preferences, and academic background to suggest suitable courses.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
- Convert leads into walk-ins, and walk-ins into successful admissions.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly admission targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Stay updated with course offerings, admission criteria, deadlines, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Education, Business, or Communication).
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or academic counselling is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

- Formulate and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to expand CPaaS business. -
Identify and cultivate new enterprise business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with key customers and partners. -
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to refine sales approaches.
Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Negotiate and close complex, high-value contracts.
Represent the company at industry forums and client engagements
7-10 years of progressive enterprise sales experience, preferably within CPaaS, telecom, or related technology sectors. -
Demonstrated success managing and achieving national-level revenue targets. -
In-depth understanding of CPaaS technologies, communication APIs, and enterprise solutions. -
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Provide legal advice to the board, senior management, and various departments on corporate matters.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and support business growth while ensuring legal integrity.

- Hands-on Experience with PHP CodeIgniter Framework
- Proficient in PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery
- Excellent relational database skills with MySQL
- Understanding of responsive design frameworks such as bootstrap
- Utilize backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API
- Lead the entire web application development lifecycle right from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support
