Role Description:
We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Community Analyst for a full-time remote position at CryptoXpress. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing our online community presence across platforms like Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), and Reddit. You'll identify patterns in user sentiment, track engagement trends, and surface actionable insights that support growth, product development, and brand trust.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the culture of Web3, thrives in digital communities, and knows how to turn conversation into strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze community engagement across platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and Reddit.
- Identify trends, pain points, and feature requests from user conversations.
- Segment community members based on behavior, interests, and feedback patterns.
- Create weekly reports summarizing key metrics: sentiment, questions, feedback themes, growth, and churn.
- Support the development of community playbooks, tone guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to relay community insights and recommend improvements.
- Track the performance of campaigns, contests, ambassador programs, and new feature rollouts.
- Help identify and nurture potential brand ambassadors and superfans.
Qualifications:
- Strong familiarity with Web3 communities and crypto culture (memes, trends, etiquette).
- Experience with social listening, sentiment analysis, or community analytics tools (e.g., Commsor, Orbit, Sprout Social).
- Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into clear action points.
- Comfortable working asynchronously with remote teams.
- Prior experience in a community, research, marketing, or analytics role is a strong advantage.
- Bachelorās degree in Communications, Marketing, Data, or a related field (preferred but not required).
