Purpose of the Role

The incumbent will be responsible for designing and developing robust software solutions for products in the domains of Warehouse Automation, Industrial Automation, Robotics, and IoT. The role includes defining software architecture, ensuring scalability and performance, and mentoring the development team to drive technical excellence and innovation.

Technical Skills Required

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying high-volume, scalable applications.
• Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and central system architectures.
• Programming & Frameworks: Proficiency in Java 17+.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Kubernetes, and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of JPA, MS SQL, and database modelling/design.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure for cloud architecture.
• Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies.
• Strong skills in data modelling and database design.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices.
• Tech stack: Java, MSSQL, MySQL, Spring Boot, Redis, Data Structures, Linux, basics of Kubernetes.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and define database and application structure under guidance of Software Architect.
• Write high-quality, scalable, and efficient code.
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) based on inputs from BA team.
• Guide junior and mid-level developers and provide technical support.
• Collaborate to identify and fix technical issues in UAT/Production.
• Work closely to meet project deadlines.
• Take ownership of product implementations at customer sites.
• Hands-on development for assigned modules/products.
• Handle application performance in production.
• Work with customers to understand automation requirements.
• Review and merge code changes from the team.
• Conduct sprint meetings, demos, and resolve development roadblocks.
• Optimize code for performance and efficiency.

Job Summary:

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. This role coordinates all aspects of the onboarding process, from Welcome email, contingency launch and monitoring, establishing start date, scheduling orientation and Day 1 letter. The specialist serves as the key

liaison between hiring managers, recruiter and new employees to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding phase, answering questions and guiding them through the process
• 3-6 years of experience in candidate onboarding (preferably US onboarding but any international onboarding experience is required)
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR) is a
• Point of contact for all candidates in Pre - hire stage - Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes, including pre-boarding, first-day logistics and orientation
• Experience in a shared services or global business services (GBS)
• Familiarity with onboarding automation tools or
• Understanding of US employment laws and compliance
• Select appropriate background check package based on job code, location,
• Order appropriate drug tests based on job code, location,

• Send day 1 email to candidate, hiring manager and recruiter with instructions on where to Report, badging, I-9, Orientation, etc.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Advisor (Recruiter), Hiring Manager, and business units to ensure smooth onboarding.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) department. Located in Coimbatore, the Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, guiding student projects, and conducting research. •  Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.

• Experience with building scalable applications using Flutter on android or IOS. (we are happy to meet you even if you do not know flutter but are willing to learn)
• Strong knowledge of Architectural pattern like Bloc, Provider etc in Flutter. Knowledge of writing Plugins in Flutter is a good to have skill
• Ability to think about scalability and reusability while developing flutter widgets.
• Experience in working with Dart.
• Knowledge of unit & integration testing, agile development process, jira & API integration will be extremely useful
• Strong UI building skills and the ability to handle updates in UI with high frequency data changes.
• Experience with version control systems (bitbucket, git etc.)
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Should have demonstrated experience working on application development projects and test-driven development. Experience in writing high quality code
