Job Description:

- Identify, onboard, and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for financial and wealth products (e.g., loans, credit cards, MF, or other wealth product as and when promoted by the company).

- Conduct regular training and performance reviews of DSAs.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms.

- Drive DSA productivity and meet monthly acquisition targets.

- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to streamline onboarding.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize acquisition strategy.

Must Have Skills:

• Experience with the .NET framework and .NET Core technologies: C#
• Writing and consuming REST API/Web API in .Net framework, .Net Core, EF Core
• Experience with frontend technology - ReactJS
• Knowledge of Reporting like Xtra Reports or PDF Generation Libraries
• Good knowledge and working experience in Microservice Architecture In Azure Cloud Env.
• Advanced understanding of Azure Web App, Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Databases (PostgreSQL, MS Sql), OAuth2 Authentication (Auth Flows)
• Strong understanding of OOPS Concepts
• Very Good understanding of common cloud patterns, like messaging (consuming + producing messages), scaling, api patterns, (for example: IOSP or SOLID), etc.

Key Responsibilities:

A qualified technical consultant shall be identified and assigned to provide BPCS 6.0.04 and Infor LX technical support and development services as defined in the SOW.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience with IBM iSeries / AS400 environments

• Hands-on experience with BPCS ERP and Infor LX

• Strong skills in RPG / RPGLE, CL, and DB2

• Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve support tickets for BPCS/LX environments

• Troubleshoot production issues and system integrations

• Perform custom development, enhancements, and reporting

• Provide weekly updates on tickets, hours, and resolutions

Availability

• Support during Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

• After-hours support as required with prior approval

• Experience in working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
