Responsibilities
• Connect with clients to determine their technical and functional requirements and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure successful product implementation
• Prepare detailed project plans that blend client requirements well with the company’s visions and co-ordinate across various teams to establish smooth execution during all phases of project
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Work closely with development team to explain the requirements and constantly monitor the progress
• Suggest improvements in systems & processes and assist technical team with issues
• Report continuously any issues, risks, or dependencies to avoid any impact to release timelines
• Daily meetings and follow up with team members on the open actions
• Manage each project’s scope and timeline
Requirements
• Familiarity with software development flow like frontend development, backend development, typical software challenges etc.
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
• Degree in Computer Science
Salary compensation as per industry standard considering actual experience Benefits such as PF, Insurance and other as per company standards
