Job Title: US Equity and Options Analyst

Location: Eon Free Zone, Cluster D, Wing 2, 3rd Floor, Kharadi, Pune – 411014

Work Mode: Work from Office (Full-time)

Office Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (US Market Hours)

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled US Equity and Options Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical analysis, chart patterns, and trading tools related to US equity and options markets. The role involves real-time market monitoring, analysis, and execution support for US market operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth technical analysis of US equities and options using chart patterns, indicators, and market data.

- Identify and evaluate trading opportunities based on market trends and volatility.

- Develop and implement options trading strategies, including options Greeks-based strategies (Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega).

- Prepare daily and weekly market reports and performance reviews.

- Use professional trading platforms and analytical tools to track and analyze market movements.

- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies and research insights for equity and derivatives segments.

- Stay updated on US market news, earnings, and macroeconomic events impacting equity and options prices.

- Maintain high accuracy and discipline during market hours and ensure compliance with trading and research protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in US equity and/or options market analysis.

- Strong understanding of technical indicators, charting techniques, and market structure.

- NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) Certification – Mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of Options Greeks and strategy building (spreads, straddles, strangles, iron condor, etc.).

- Proficiency with trading and analytical platforms (e.g., TradingView, Thinkorswim, Interactive Brokers, etc.).

- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.

- Willingness to work during US market hours (6 PM – 3 AM IST) from the Pune office.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handling customer request for trading, generating various reports and Research on fundamental and technical of the stocks.

1. Placing trade orders on client’s behalf

2. Reporting net position to clients

3. Special trading activities

4. Daily, Weekly & Monthly market activity report

5. Updating daily various indexes on excel for charting

6. Watching strength scores on Multi charts and took decisions based on scores

7. Prepare various reports like AUM Performance, Strategy wise Summary

Required Candidate profile

· Strong analytical skills and ability to work in teams.

· A thorough understanding of financial markets, their behavior, movements and expectations with respect to market.

· Ability to process several inputs provided by research team and other sources and apply them to the specific context of several clients thus generating insights for clients

Role – Equity Analyst - Trainee

Job Purpose

• The role consists of training and knowledge building among the emerging

candidates about Global market trading analysis.

• There will be on the floor experience of stock market analysis.

Duties and responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis in US markets such as the NYSE, NASDAQ & Amex

• Analyze securities performance and Pricing of companies listed on US market.

• Developing forecast and projections.

• Monitoring Industries Trends and Market news.

• Prepare technical reports based on the company's fundamentals and previous

performances.

• After successful completion of the training period, a Learner would be a full-fledged

US stock market analyst/trader who would be able to make wise and

informed stock trading decisions.

• This profile DOES NOT entail selling/marketing of any financial products or

services/ calling clients.

Work Timings and Location

• 06.00 PM to 03.00 AM

• Monday to Friday

• ITPP – International Tech Park, Kharadi, Pune.

Qualifications

• Strong mathematical and statistical aptitude skills

• BCOM/BBA/MBA/PGDM-Finance /NCFM, CFAs/CMTs and any graduate/postgraduate

who has passion/skill for trading.

• The candidate must be in the age group of 20-24 years

• The candidate should not have appeared in the selection process with us within

the past 6 months.
