We build and launch consumer mobile apps across multiple categories.
We’re looking for someone smart, entrepreneurial and obsessed with growth to take ownership of how our apps acquire users and scale.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We’re looking for someone who understands mobile products, paid acquisition, organic growth, analytics and the product lifecycle — and can look at a problem, make a decision and move quickly.
You’ll work closely with the founders and take ownership of growing our apps from 0 → scale.
What you’ll do
- Own growth across our portfolio of mobile apps
- Develop and execute ASO & organic growth strategies
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Take ownership of media buying, budgets and acquisition performance
- Analyze acquisition funnels, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention and subscription conversion
- Use Firebase Analytics to understand user behavior, funnels, events and cohorts
- Work with designers to develop and test high-performing ad creatives
- Identify new growth channels and emerging opportunities
- Improve App Store / Play Store conversion
- Run experiments across acquisition, onboarding, paywalls, pricing and monetization
- Understand where a product is in its lifecycle — from launch to growth to scale — and make decisions accordingly
- Work with product & engineering to turn growth insights into product improvements
- Understand and improve the complete funnel from impression → install → activation → trial → subscription → retention
Tech & tools
You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable understanding the technology behind mobile growth.
You should know or be comfortable working with:
