 The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will focus on establishing and maintaining positive client relationships from an operational and strategic perspective. • During execution consult/ advise/ participate on calls with client's IT stakeholders (Heads, Leads, or senior technology folks), traveling to client locations as needed.
